Rental of Facilities Information
Our historic post is located at 38625 SE River St. just across from Snoqualmie City Hall. Parking is available directly in front of the building (along SE River St.) and along the north side of the building (Doone Ave SE or Maple Ave SE).

The building includes main and south halls, seating 80 and 40 people, respectively. Tables and chairs are provided, as well as a kitchen area (which is not currently permitted for commercial use). Accessible via ADA-compliant ramp on north entrance, with on-site wheelchair and walker provided. Broadband Internet access is available through Wi-Fi, as well as a 70" flat screen smart TV on a cart.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to a long-term lease with the Snoqualmie Healing Center, only the main hall and adjacent restroom are currently available for rent.

Rates:
- $50 per hour or $350 for 8 hours.
- $35 per hour for members or non-profit organizations with proof of current 501c3 status.

Additional Terms:
- A $250 security deposit must accompany this signed agreement before any date(s) can be confirmed. The Deposit may not be applied toward extra hours incurred during rental of facility.
- Time is charged to the nearest half hour.
- Booked time should include set-up and take-down
- Cancellation: No refund will be given if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the event.
- Alcohol allowed with purchase of $10 Banquet permit. Underage drinking and disturbing guests actions are prohibited.
- Non-smoking facility.
- Decorations:
- You may decorate without candle wax of any kind. No tape, nails, glue, pins or paint allowed.
- You may not remove any equipment, fixtures, pictures or furniture from the walls or the hall.
- Must follow City of Snoqualmie Fire Code
